I suggest you perform the following suggestions: Suggestion 1: Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power option ================================================== 1. Click the Start Button, type "Device Manager" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar, press enter. 2. In the Device Manager. Locate your Network Adapter. 3. Right click the device, in the right click menu, please click Properties. 4. Please switch to Power Management tab. 5. Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Suggestion 2: Clean Boot ============== 1. Click the Start Button type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search box, and then press Enter. 2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray). 3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK". Suggestion 3: Install the latest network card driver ================================= Good luck!
