windows 7 BSOD, need help w/ dump files
Hi, I recently built a new PC and I've been getting the blue screen of death. It doesn't happen often, but this is the 3rd time. Can someone look over the dump files and tell me what's wrong? The files can be found at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/65970078/Michelle.zip Thank you.

Although that site may be OK, it would be better to use SkyDrive: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65 That way, the files will be on a site that just about anyone here will be familiar with. SC Tom

hi Goonz, I had a look and the crash dump reports point to this driver: Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\RzSynapse.sys Image name: RzSynapse.sys Which seems to belong to somehting called Razer Synapse Engine (I'm not familiar with this software) Might be worth checking with the vendor if there's a know issue or updated driver. hope this helps, David :: Please vote if the info helped you :: Please post back so everyone can benefit from the solution ::
