Cannot find a W 7 64bit driver for my Grand iUSB Hub V.1.2. Any suggestions?

You apparently did not read your User's Manual. On page # 1 it states: "Not compatible with Windows 64 bit."
So, in all probability it is not compatible with Windows 7 64-bit. This item was manufactured before Windows 7 was released, so you must contact the
manufacturer to find out about the Windows 7 compatibilty. That is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer!

Dear Mr. Dee,
Thanks for your reply. I have managed to find the Manual and my version makes no mention of "Not compatible with Windows 64 bit." anywhere in the whole leaflet.
Thanks for your help anyway.

Hi ,
I suggest you contact the hardware manufacturer for the latest driver and check if it is compatible with the Windows 7 64 bit system. Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards.

Perhaps your manual did not have the information in it if it was published before Vista x64 was released. However, the information is posted in plain English on their Support website @
http://www.grandtec.com/downloads.html
Perhaps you will believe the manufacturer.

Dear Mr. Dee,
I appreciate you may well be knowledgeable, but would suggest your response to a straightforward question could have been made less aggressively. First and foremost the driver incompatibility refers to Vista 64 bit, not Windows 7 (for which there has been
a fair amount of driver updates since it first came out). Secondly your terse remark about me not reading the
Manual, was totally uncalled for as you obviously have not read the same
Manual as is posted on the same link you provided, which has no reference what-so-ever to a 64 bit OS. Thirdly the suggestion (which I would agree is probably true) that the manufacturer is responsible for providing these drivers and it should
be up to me to contact them without resorting to this Forum, I resent. At the same time as raising this question, I wrote
to the Manufacturer asking the question about the driver for W.7 and (so far) have had no response, although I notice Grandtec do supply the GRAND iUSB HUB PRO which is suitable for Windows 7 64bit, so I thought (perhaps somewhat naively)
that they may have developed a driver for W.7 subsequently for the older version.
Once again I thank you for your input. I do not think any further response from you is required.
Lockhands.
