windows 7 64 bit startup reair wont work
i get the following problem signature:

I dont not have/ lost my windows 7 disc.
I have multiple system restore points, but they attempt to finish and error out.
Any ideas on how to fix this without reinstalling?
I'm not a computer genius, but i can follow directions well =)

Hi,
According the issue, I recommend that you may run “sfc /scannow” in Windows RE first, check the result.
1.
Click Command Prompt in Windows RE.
2.
Type sfc /scannow, press enter.
According the log, this problem should be caused by corrupting file. I suggest that you can repair the system file from a Windows 7 DVD(In-Place
Upgrade):

If you just lost your DVD and have the license yet. I suggest that you may contact our customer service to order a new media
