Hi, try to Run your Application as Administrator ( Right Click ---> Run As Administrator ). also Right click on your Application icon ---> Properties ---> Compatibility --> check the " Run this program in Compatibility mode for: " ---> Windows XP SP3 --> ok open your app again see if the error solved or not.
