That is strange, check bing for WGA tool, and post the results here so I can help you isolate the problem.

no answer. called dell and they suggested I reinstall windows 7. doesn't seem right. originally, dell sent me the upgrade after I bought a new computer with VISTA. The upgrade worked OK until I installed the blackberry
software. Called microsoft and they are closed for the day. Any ideas?
