i have a newly built pc. sometimes on boot up win7 starts perfect other times it gets to the windows logo and then freezes on that screen. win repair,system restore, chkdsk and memory check have not fixed the issue. by hitting f8 and running a repair there it says problem signature 1 6.1.7600.16385 prob 2 is same as 1 prob 3 unknown prob 4 3 prob 5 manual repair prob 6 1 prob 7 bad driver. also says system integrity check and repair error code 0x490. any help is greatly appreciated. ty

Hi, The issue is most likely a drive issue. Unplug anything not required, boot up and update latest driver from the manufacture. If the issue persists, please boot in Safe Mode to check the result. If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, it can be caused by 3^rd party software. You could temporary disable the Security software for testing.
