After I window update and restart the computer I got an error saying that System Event Notification too long to response and it did not load right. There were a few other services that did not also load the way it was suppose to including Wndow Update and Themes. I had to stop and reload tTeme to get it to work as they way it was suppose to work. I try to reload Window Update but it did not work. I had to restart the computer a few times to fix the problems.
