i have upgrade window 8.1 to window pro 8 using key but but he is asking for the activate the window . with the laptop i got window 8.1 single language . but i upgrade using key from internet and now i want to restore to window 8.1 single language .please help me .

If your PC came with Windows 8 you might be able to restore it back to Windows 8 by refreshing your PC. Your personal files won't be affected, but apps that didn't come with the PC will need to be reinstalled. For more info, see

you should contact your PC manufactured asking for reinstallation process for OEM OS
