window 7 upgrade advisor ran into an unexpected problem
Hi all, New to this forum I too have had the ran into an uxepected problem problem, I have followed the advise here an elswhere on the net but I am still having the same message can anyone help me with this I don't won't to buy windows 7 if it don't work , I am running Vista ultimate sp2, on a HP Pavilon m9080a Cheers Laurie

Hi Laurie, Does the issue occur while installing Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor or running Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor? I am assuming that some applications may block Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from running, you can perform a Clean Boot, disable security software, then run Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor again. However, you can also search in Windows 7 Compatibility Center manually to identify if programs and hardware installed on your computer are compatible with Windows 7.
