I purchased my toshiba laptop with windows vista hope premium os. now i had to got my laptop re formated and after that i got window 7 ultimate downloaded. am I licenced for this? If yes what shall i do to so that it may run with out any problem

you are only " licenced" if you purchased a legal copy of windows 7 and got the key code.The only legit window 7 ultimate download expires in a few days.as can you run win 7 on the laptop depends if the laptop supports win 7 (did Toshia release drivers for it?)
