the question is if I change second place to standart user how can I gain administrative previliege after

If the user account is originally an administrator account, then Windows 8 will not let you change it to be a standard account unless there is another administrator account already created other than this one.

Hi Gken PASLI2,

I agree with S.Sengupta.If there is only one administrator account in this machine ,we can not change its type.

"but someone changed with control userpasswords 2 "
What do you mean by saying "control userpasswords 2"  ?How did you change the account type to standard ?

Hi Gken PASLI2,

It is a domain environment ,right ?
I didn`t get that option in a work group environment .
In my opinion ,this option is used to authorize the privilages of this account to this machine , it is a normal symptom .We can still use the other domain accounts to login with this machine ,right ?

Hi Gken PASLI2,

I would apoligize for delay in replying .

I have made a tested in my own machine and it shared the same symptom as yours.
Fortunately ,we can perform a system retore to recover the machine to a previous point and it has been proved to work well .You can have a try .

Hi Gken PASLI2,

First of all ,I would thank you for your feedback.
From now on ,the only solution I can figure out is to perform a system restore .I have tried to get into the command line mode of the Windows Recovery Environment and it allow me to run "net user administrator /active: yes". But it won`t work.
If you have any good suggestions ,we would appreciate it if you can share it with us .

no I don't have any suggestion can we say this is bug because we could not change one admin account to standart account without another admin account

There will probably always be a way to remove a user from the Administrators group without having another administrator on the machine. Even if that GUI instituted a check to ensure that the computer had an administrator account, there would still be net localgroup and other means via PowerShell, etc.

As far as the question How do I get elevated permissions from a non-administrative user? goes, you wont find an answer here. Were not going to tell you or post information about how to break into a computer, no matter how honorable your intentions may be.
