Hi, Depends of how you are feeling to troubleshoot your Pc, I would recommend to ways; First; simply reinstall Windows, using original DVD. Second; start up Windows in Safe Mode F5. It will bring the right Safe Mode, where you will be able to investigate and troubleshoot the issue. You may use System Restore in this mode, also scan Temp folders to remove all files and check msconfig to verify items being startup with Windows. Microsoft just released a new standalone 'antivirus'. - https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper download and give it a try. If you're using a pirated Windows and reinstalling windows gave you the same problem, I suspect the virus is coded into the pirated windows itself. buy original.
