Hi Mark, Volume Licensing version is provided to organization, which helps activate multiple computers by using a Multiple Activation Key (MAK) or Key Management Service (KMS) to requiring a KMS key. How Volume Licensing Works http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/about-licensing/how-volume-licensing-works.aspx For RTM, it means Release to Manufacturers which does not related to VL. So I assume you are talking about retail version. As I cannot confirm, please let me know the exact thing you would like to clarify.

Windows 7 N do not include Windows Media Player, which is provided to Europe. If Windows Media Player is needed, we can install it manually.
