Hi, Would you provide us more detailed information, such as computer model and hardware device model for our further research? I would like to explain that the hardware drivers are developed by the third party manufacturers, Microsoft does not develop drivers for third party products. Generally, you may download the hardware drivers via the following methods: 1. Refer to the third party manufacturer’s website and search for the drivers. 2. Run Windows Update to search for the drivers. 3. Manually search for the drivers from Microsoft Update Catalog website. 4. Install the system built-in drivers which only provide the basic features.
