This is the second time i lost my credentials stored in credential manager. All this after normal reboot of my computer ?! No error message, no warning... Why this?

Hi, Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1. Please try System Restore and go back to the previous status and see if you can get the credentials back. 2. May I know if you have system cleanup software on the computer? If so, please disable it and see how it works. 3. It is also recommended that you perform the backup the credentials in Credential Manager frequently to avoid the unexpected loss. Hope this helps. Thanks. Nicholas Li - MSFT

Maybe I know the issue. My computer sometimes won't shutdown then I have to force it off. When rebooted, Credential Manager was empty. Yes, frequently backup is a good think. But something like scheduled credential backup will be welcomed ;-) EDIT: My previous hypothesis was wrong. This Friday I shutted down my computer without any problem and Monday's credential manager was completely empty.
