Help! Yesterday we turned on our laptop and evidently it is infected with win32/nugel virus. Tried to restore to 3 days ago, but it would not let me do that. Ran a scan and it quarantined 7 things, but still this win32/nugel has control of my computer. Help!!1 person needs an answerI do too
