my wifi laptop says that it is working properly but is showing not connected, which is making it very hard for me to connect to my network thats set up using a modem and router. I can't connect to any networks secured or unsecured. any help?

Hi, Would you please let me know if the wireless signal is received? Please make sure the wireless adapter driver is loaded correctly. You can go to Device Manager to check that.
