Hi, I would like to verify what error message you received when trying to connect the signal. Is the wifi connection protected by password? Can your phone connect to the wifi connection? Please update your wireless adapter driver from manufacturer's website and refer to the following article: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/View-and-connect-to-available-wireless-networks If all devices cannot connect to wifi via DSL, you may need to configure the wifi settings. I suggest contacting your DSL provider for more assistances. Niki Han TechNet Community Support
