I have 3 laptops on a D-Link 615. Have been running fine for over a year. then all of a sudden the two Windows 7 laptops start experiencing wifi connection problems. No major changes other than normal updates have been made. Have tried every solution given
so far in this forum community. All systems check out from router analysis to broadband up and down testing. Thing is, my Vista laptop is grade A on every connection. Now with this said, as a consumer I would be the forst to applaud the one who stand up and
take accountability for what the darn problem is so we don't have to keep on guessing. If there is a glitch in Windows 7, then I would be the first to defend a bugged system over the push to sale sale sale to keep up with Apple. I've always been a PC person.
But....... if my integrity is being compromised for commercialism. Apple here I come because I donot see these comments being posted under Apple forums in such a vast amount. In the meantime I love my PC's but my patience is eroding on the pretence that
I have equipment I have paid for and an internet service that I expect to keep All of my computers connected. Microsoft if you are listening GET ON YOUR JOB before you loose good customers who are getting tired of the run around with simply staying connected.
Even if it truns out not to be your fault...(though all signs are pointing I might add).. being on the cutting edge with all these comments on the same problem, you should help find an answer being the big giant that tends the field that you are. Imagine at
this point how greatful so many would be that you decided to help the peasants that reside outside the palace "Gates". Not only would you head off a claim attack by Apple, but you would recieve applause for being a stand up type to company. Unlike so many
in our tough economy that are just taking and hoarding and not giving back. Thanks in advance as I trust you to do what is upstanding and right. And say hello to Bill wil ya. : )

OK, and now the facts. Would you be more specific on similarities and differences in notebooks, would you reveal error messages and warnings,... have you done basic tests on notebooks?
Let Bill do his job and start hard working on networking theory yourself now.

Firstly, please let know the more detail information about this issue, such as what error message you received?


Meanwhile, please try the following steps:

1. Please update youre NIC drive to the latest , try the built-in troubleshooter and see how them work. If the built-in troubleshooter cannot help, please provide us the detailed error messages in the troubleshooter.

2. Update the routers firmware
