Hi,§ What is the exact error message that you encounter during the blue screen?§ Does this happen randomly or whenever you access any program on the system?§ Do you remember making any changes to the system?§ Since when are you facing this issue? I would suggest you to disable the automatic restart on the system and check for the exact error message that you encounter in the blue screen and let us know. Follow the steps mentioned below to disable automatic restart.a. Right-click My Computer and then click Properties.b. Click the Advanced tab.c. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.d. Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of times.e. Restart your computer for the settings to take effect. Method 1:Step 1:Check in safe mode whether the issue persists. Follow the steps mentioned below.a. Restart the system and then keep tapping F8 till you reach the boot menu.b. Select safe mode from the list and press Enter.If the issue does not persist in safe mode then, I would suggest you to do a clean boot.
