Hello wrplk,1. What is the Antivirus program you have installed on your computer? If you have Kaspersky antivirus program installed on your computer, this could be caused by Security Center repository not resetting.I suggest that you try the below method to fix this issue.Question 1:Step 1Temporarily disable the WMI service (Windows Management Instrumentation)a. Click on Start and type services.msc in the search fieldb. Look for the Windows Management Instrumentation service and stop it.Step 2:a. Go to the locationC:\windows\system32\wbem\repository in the windows explorer and locate the folder Repository and rename it.b. Restart the Windows Management Instrumentation service & restart the computer.Question 2:The Run32 error can be related to some of the Third Party services. I suggest that you set your computer to clean boot and check if you still get the error when you shut the computer. You can refer the below article that will give you information on ‘Clean boot’:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353Thanks,Irfan H, Microsoft Answers Support Engineer.
