pc will not open any icon/program on the desk top, have done a restore, running now in safe mode w/networking1 person needs an answerI do too

If it is a hidden virus or malware SAS Portable will find it. SAS also has built in repairs for windows. Load it, click preferences. There is a repair tab. There is an option to repair desktop components and another to repair desktop policies. select 1 at a time and click preform repair. Those instructions repaired another users disabled right click and desktop errors. Hope it helps yours."There are only 10 types of people in the world.
