Hi, Please check if you can access the share folder with “\\IP Address\folder” or “\\Computer Name\folder”. If any error messages appear, please let us know. At this time, please also try the following: 1. Ensure the account has proper permission to access the share. When you are prompted to input username and password, please try the administrator account of the Windows NT and see how it works. 2. Adjust the security setting on the Windows 7 computer: 1) Click the Start Button, type "gpedit.msc" (without quotation marks) and click OK. 2) In the "Group Policy" window, double click on "Windows Settings" under "Computer Configuration". 3) Double click on "Security Settings"-> "Local Policies"-> "Security Options" 4) In the right panel, double click on the "Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level", please select "Send LM & NTLM Responses". 5) Click Apply and OK. 3. Adjust sharing settings: 1) Go to “Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings”. 2) Under “File sharing connections”, select “Enable File Sharing for Devices that Use 40 or 56-bit encryption”. 3) Under “Password protected sharing”, select “Turn off password protected sharing”. 4) Save the changes above. Then, Reboot the computer and try again. Hope this helps. Thanks. Nicholas Li - MSFT
