Hello,
scenario: user dials into the conference bridge audio line integrated with Lync.
user then additionally joins the meeting from the Lync Client on his laptop to see the number of participants.
The meeting is now ready to start so the user will start using the audio bridge line and decides to drop the Lync Client.
When closing out of the Lync client he receives the following prompt:
Do you want to leave the call when you close this window? If you answer No, the window will close, but the call will continue on your audio device.
[Check Box] Always end the call without asking [Yes/No]
The user has [mistakenly] set this option to Always end the call without asking and selected Yes.
Is there anyway to undo this change and revert back to being prompted. Or be able to change it to No in order to keep the bridge line alive, assuming that the user was only trying to see if the required number of participants has been met, and decides to close the window while keeping the bridge line alive.
I have looked through Meeting Options; Tools > Options; and did not see a way to revert this change. I believe this may require a change in the registry, just dont know where to look.
Thanks,
Adrian
