when click restart or shutdown windows system....the system start to process and closing all programs and a new display came into view ..... and then the last process was display..."Windows Shutting down"... but then it does not off the power but stays that way all the time... if it was for a restart... you can never get it restart by itself. you have to hard switch off and repower on the computer. What is wrong? I have done virus scan..found nothing wrong... what can I do to restore it back?2 people need an answerI do too
