I click start-turn off computer-(in the pop up)turn off computer. It then goes to a screen that says windows is shutting down, but the computer never turns off. Ive came back hours later and its still running. It has all updates including service pack 3. This happened after my computer got currupted and I did a clean install. I completly formated the hard drive. Everything works fine except I have to push the power button on the computer to turn it off. Thank you, Dean
