Are you saying you're getting a counterfeit message from activation of Windows?
What kind of message are you talking about? Letter? Email? Voicemail?
What account is shut down? Live.com account?
These details would help trying to solve your issue. If you've purchased counterfeit software by accident there are steps to remediate your situation, some legal, some on the part of Microsoft...but more information is necessary to assist you.

Hello John, I keep trying to up date my windows but I keep getting error code 8004F807. Microsoft are under the impression that my copy of windows
ultimate is not genuine when I know it is. My problem is how do I prove to them I have the genuine discs.
I have been informed that I should send the disc to microsoft and they can provide me with a new product key. The warnings I get are in the bottom right hand of my desktop screen saying :-
windows 7, Build 7600, This copy of windows is not genuine. Every so often I get a pop up telling me that I am a victim of counterfiting and to follow there instructions which I do, and I end up being informed that my windows
is not genuine Code 8004F807.
Any help would be great
Cheers Mark

It could be that your computer has not yet activated...or there was a problem activating after you set it up. Did you enter the Product Key during installation?
Check to see if you can change the product key by going to Control Panel , Click on the SYSTEM icon, and scroll to the bottom where the WINDOWS ACTIVATION section is. Click on CHANGE PRODUCT KEY type in the key that came with your discs...and follow
the Activation steps after that. Ensure that your workstation is connected to the internet and for the moment make sure your firewall is turned off. Windows Firewall is smart enough to let Activation traffic through, but maybe your network router
is not allowing it to activate.

Hi Mark,
The non-genuine issue can be caused by many factors such as corrupted license. If you ensure your copy of Windows 7 is genuine, please find the product key on the
original disk and refer to the following steps to re-activate Windows 7.
1. Please open CMD with Administrator privileges and type the following command one by one
net stop sppsvc
cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
ren tokens.dat tokens.bar
cd %windir%\system32
net start sppsvc
cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc
Note:(It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
2. Please reboot twice and you may be required to reactivate the system.
Also you can use the following steps to activate the system by phone.
a. Click "Start" , type "slui 4" in the search bar and press "Enter".
b. You will receive a dialogue box and a number to call once you have selected your country.
c. After that, please restart the computer and test the issue again.
Hope
it helps.
