Hi,
Please let us know whether did this issue occurred before? What you have done before this issue happened, whether you have installed updates, drivers or software?
Please try to use Last Known Good Configuration to test the issue. If the issue persists,
I suggest you can go to
Safe Mode and Clean Boot.
If there is no problem in Safe Mode, this issue should be related to the drivers, please updates all the drivers.
If you can go to Clean Boot mode with normal screen, it issue can be caused by the third party tools.

Hello every body, i m surprised that thousand of people are asking for the windows 7 black screen problem and no bobdy have any answer, most strange thing is that even microsoft is doing nothing why they are not guiding the users.
