what should i allow through my firewall?
i no nothing about computers, firewalls, inbounds, outbounds etc atall so plz keep replys english (lol) i fear its allowing all the wrong things in. everytime i click on google on my desktop, i have to agree to let it run or open. i always seem to get an error message stating about an IP conflict (dont know if this is anything to do with the firewall or my problem but thought id mention it.. just incase) i have microsoft sercurity essenstals running on my computer to protect it against viruses, spywhere, mailwhere n all them kind of things but i dont no if thats enough as i have no other protection installed. ive just installed ccleaner today (hope its a good thing) back to my firewall.. alot of the public boxes are ticked to allow through but i dont like the sound of that :/ as i stated before i know nothing atall about computers, there services running, firewalls or anything (basically how they run) if someone could spare the time n patience to help me out id be most grateful :) p.s im not even sure if ive posted this issue in the right place. hope it finds it way to the right place, person/ people who`ll b willing n able to help me :)
