when im on the internet ever 10-15mins i lose connection but it comes right back.And while this is going on my network icon tool has a red X through it but it says i have internet access

If the issue does not occur, please upgrade the router’s firmware. Otherwise, I suggest you try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Uninstall the NIC driver and upgrade to the latest one as Sivabalan was mentioned. 2.
