welcome login not working or switch user features. Microsoft says uninstall csnw. It is not installed. It is currently disabled. I want these features back.

Microsoft says in order for welcome login or switch user features to work I must uninstall Client Services for Netware. It is not installed nor is it enabled. It is currently diabled in local system access. I want these features back!?1 person needs an answerI do too
