every time i turn my computer on a ballon from security pops up and says my computer may be at risk because i have no firewall,why does this happen when i have automatic updates and in fact my firewall is on?1 person needs an answerI do too

It mightly because Windows Firewall service will delay to startup , if after start up you just wait a bit it will show up. I suggest that do clean up and defragnment and make your harddisk space a bit free , then problem should be gone.
