It will not run on XP. Perhaps you are referring to Windows Live Mail, the successor to Outlook Express and Windows Mail? i have installed live mail and is not the same as vista mail. i don't know how the computer shop who built my system done it but they defintly put mail vista on to my xp install. cant ask them as it warehouse in australia closed down.

The only way you can Windows Mail in XP is if you are running XP and Vista on the same machine. Outlook Express came bundled with XP and Windows Mail came bundled with Vista. I have no other idea how this was accomplished.Bruce Hagen ~ MS-MVP [Mail]
