MY NETBOOK SHOWS THAT IT IS CONNECTEDTO MY ROUTER BUT i STILL GET NO INTERNET CONNECTION. sAME THING HAPPENS ON A DESKTOP WE HAVE. wHEN i TRY AND RUN THE MICROSOFT NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC WIZARD, IT STOPS SUDDENLY AND THE FOLLOWING ERROR COMES UP: AN unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can't continue. The error code is:0x80070522. The machine has webroot installed and multiple scans have not helped, any ideas? Thanks.
