w32tm /register produces an error in the win2k8r2 datacenter dc
Newly built server, only adds services are installed along with IIS....the error produced below C:\Users\Administrator>w32tm /register The following error occurred: Access is denied. (0x80070005) never had this problem with earlier servers...Help!!! RegardsShuvro

I'm having the exact same problem (in Win7), and yes it's in an Administrator: Command Prompt window. I would add a 50KB PNG screen grab of the error message in the command prompt window, but apparently attachments are not allowed here.
