When it shows shutdown dialog then open command prompt and then type:shutdown -aYou could try to download and run:http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.aspxTo remove it.I also suggest to update your Windows and make sure your are running SP3 for Windows XP.And also use Anti-Virus such as Microsoft Security Essentials:http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/default.aspx
