Hasn'tSP2 already been released to Technet/MSDN members?

The Windows Vista Service pack 2 has been released to Technet/MSDN subscribers and also to RTM (Release to Manufacturer). The RTW (Release to Web), in other words the 'public' release is rumoured to be in the 2nd quarter of this year which is any time up to June 2009.
