vista hates xp and me?
have huge network here in my home. all computers see each other... wii, xbox, xbox 360....rest in peaces with the rrod and the ps3 all networked with computers consisting of fedora linux, windows vista and windows xp pro.... everybody is a nice happy family and each and every item on network pays with everyone else... except my main computer. It was working and my main hub for all kinds of networked stuff, movies, mp3's and the such. i had to reinstall vista 2 days ago, now only my vista laptop can see my main computer, and linux xbmc can access shared folders on vista but only have the time. ALL security is turned off on my network, ALL. there are no firewalls anywhere even on the linux Fedora 13 the firewall is off, but my main vista computer can not see other vista machines, any of the xp machines, or anything else on my network.... what gives?
