I recommand to you to use Microsoft Security Essentials. It is free and it provides real-time protection for your home PC that guards against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. So, download it and run a full scan on all the disks so that you will be sure that there is no viruses on your computer. To download it, please have a look to this Microsoft link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=e1605e70-9649-4a87-8532-33d813687a7f Personally, I think that the problem is due to e-mail spoofing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-mail_spoofing This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

You may also want to perform a system restore to a point in time prior to the infection. Better yet, wipe the drive and perform a restore from a Complete System Image created prior to the infection. These tools are built in to Windows 7. Use Help and Support to learn about their use if you are unfamiliar with them. They are there for system protection against catatrophic failures and malware. You can't really trust the computer is clean once it is infected.

You can remove Viagra from your computer with Exterminate It!. After installing the program, run a scan to display a list of the files associated with Viagra in the Scan Result screen and remove these files.
