windows xp-a security tool pc popped up and says i have all these viruses etc. i cannot remove it. it is not in add remove programs but it is in all programs i have microsoft essentials and have done an update and a scan but this window keeps popping up with security tool that i need to buy how can i get rid of this shut down restarted several times it just pops back up1 person needs an answerI do too
