I had a very similar experience with the phone call and running through the same format that my computer was seriously infected, how old was my computer, and as they caught me just when I had sent an error report to Windows, I initially thought that it was a response to my report. I was close to getting them logged on to my computer, when growing doubts made me baulk and the girl said to me would I like to talk to the technician. Whilst on the handover, I googled the virtual pc doctor and found these other dubious reports and said to the man, I have just googled you and he hung up before I could say anything else!1 person needs an answerI do too
