using cd player windows 7
this is crazy.. i am copying songs from cd's to my daughters mp3 player..all of a sudden i put in cd then went to my computer and doubled clicked on the cd player and i get this message "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have th appropriate permission to access the item. i even rebooted.. tried a cd that worked 5 minutes ago.. running windows 7.. you would think i was trying to break into fort knox...helpppppppppp.. thanks in advance

Hi, Thank you for your post! Can you copy the file on CD to the hard disk? Can you play the CD? This message usually pops up when you are trying to open a file or program that has been deleted, renamed or moved to another folder. Please try changing the drive letter of the CD drive from disk management to check the result.
