userinit.exe reports missing xul.dll
On start-up my computer reports an error missing xul.dll from a box marked userinit.exeI then have to run explorer.exe from the windows task manager to get the icons and task bar to show up.Virus scans and malwarebytes seem clean1 person needs an answerI do too
