Hi,
Firstly, please let us know the error code when the updates failed to be installed.
Meanwhile, please try the following:
1. Manually download the three updates for
Microsoft Update Catalog and install them in
Clean Boot Mode.
2. Run this Microsoft Fixit and see how it works.
Fix the problem with Microsoft Windows Update that is not working
If issue persists, please upload your windowsupdate.log to SkyDrive for further research.

Hi,
I have checked the CBS.log and noticed the error code 0x80070490.
Due to System Update Readiness tool and System File Checker tool failed to help. Im afraid that you may need to perform a repair
installation or In-place Upgrade.
More information:
You receive a "0x80070490" error code when you use Windows Update
or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates
Hope this helps.

The links open something called "Outlook Web App" I don't know what that is. Looks like a mistake.
