Manually download the three updates for Microsoft Update Catalog and install them in Clean Boot Mode. 2. Run this Microsoft Fixit and see how it works. Fix the problem with Microsoft Windows Update that is not working If issue persists, please upload your windowsupdate.log to SkyDrive for further research.
