updates keep loading but never seem to get resolved. looked into control panel/programs and features/updates and it shows 0 updates loaded? when I go to previous loaded updates at microsoft iy shows 30 or so of the last two updated reloded. also just recieved office professional plus 2010 disks and they also error on load/ can you help clear this up? is therre a service not loaded to complete the updates?
