unwillingness to resolve the issues or concerns at large
I find it distressing, that there are probably thousands of end users in the field experiencing the same issues as noted here, and that only a tiny percentage are aware of forums like this to seek answers and comparative views from others in the same scenario. Microsoft should address in its earliest state without waiting to see an industry wide failure before they react.

Dear GlobalGood, Thank you for your feedback. Could you please let me know your concern? I will do my best to address it. If you are talking about the Network List Service issue, please understand that we are always following it up. I know that it is time consuming, but please understand the issue is related to third party product, I am doing my best to reproduce, test and trace the issue and trying to resolve it on our site. However, it still cannot be reproduced in my testing environment until now. As a result, I need your help to test and collect information so that we can identify the cause of the issue in a timely manner. In addition, according to tims10000s update in your thread, there may be an update from AOL which can fix the issue. Please update the AIM and check if the issue can be resolved. Sincerely, Joson Zhou Microsoft Online Community Support
