I have a Toshiba Satellite M500 and after installing Windows updates last night, now I am unable to start Windows 7. The error message that comes up on a blue screen is "unmountable_boot_volume". What should I do?Help is much appreciated--very stressed student1 person needs an answerI do too

This is a Windows XP help forum, you should repost and ask in a Windows 7 forum. If you can boot the computer to the Windows 7 Recovery Environment you can run a chkdsk on the Windows drive and see if things improve.John
