hi, I'm tring to write a script that removes RSAT from win 7. I tried the command wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:958830 The command worked and the RSAT was uninstall, but the computer is connect to an intenal network and he can't look for updates. Becuase of that it never finishes to uninstall and when i try to restart his not boot properly. Is there away that the computer won't look for updates, or is there another commad that might do the trick? Thanks.

The tool is not uninstalled properly by some reasons. Restore the system in WinRE.
